Dr. Wandera Cyril is a dedicated academic and senior lecturer at TUM, specializing in statistics,
research methodology, and quantitative analysis. He holds a PhD in Statistics and has extensive
experience teaching research methods, supervising postgraduate students, and applying statistical
models in applied research. Dr. Wandera’s professional experience spans academic leadership,
consultancy, and training in data analysis and statistical software. As an appointed member of the
TUM-SERC, he contributes expertise in rigorous research design, ethical review, and data
integrity. His commitment to quality research and ethical scholarship strengthens the
University’s research governance and capacity development.
