Dr.Madiha Salim is a seasoned Counseling Psychologist,Educationist and a University
Administrator with years of progressive experience in the education and counseling sectors. Her
career journey has seen her serve in diverse capacities as tthe University Counselor , Director of
Career Services at the University, University Lecturer, and currently Dean of the School of
Humanities and Social Sciences at the Technical University of Mombasa. She has consistently
held key leadership and responsibility positions within the university and the wider community,
championing academic excellence, psychosocial well-being, and institutional development. Her
work reflects a strong commitment to mentorship, research, capacity building, and the
integration of counseling into higher education.
